Yesterday, was interesting…

At the studio yesterday, I was sitting at my desk chatting with Surachai on aim when I noticed a slight movement out of the corner of my eye, near some cables on the floor. I didn’t think much of it and didn’t see anything right away, but looked again…

Justin: OMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Justin: THERE IS A SNAKE IN MY STUDIO
Surachai: LOLLLL
Surachai: LOLLLL
Justin: holy hf’dsl;k
Surachai: LOLLFSLDFLE HAHAHAHAHAH
Justin: OH MY FUCKCKKCKCKC
Surachai: pics brah
Surachai: is it hissing or just chilling?
Justin: both
Justin: it’s in the corner
Justin: i saw something move from the corner of my eye
Justin: and im like, ey, seeing things
Surachai: EYYY TONY
Justin: i dont’ know what to do with it
Surachai: push it outside
Surachai: police are chasing a car that is throwing money out its window
Surachai: LA

Here’s a little video I took while we struggled to remove the suspect from the premises. It turned out to be a Fox Snake.

Make Noise & Surachai Present: Shared System Series

Tony Rolando from Make Noise Co. and Surachai have been planning for the past several months and the result is a record label called Make Noise Records and the initial series to be released is called Shared System. Tony has put together a self-contained modular synthesizer system composed of Make Noise modules and Surachai is curating the series. The selected artists are given one rule: think inside the box.

Shared System Records has 5 artists lined up and all their recordings will be released on separate limited edition 7″ vinyl releases accompanied by an exclusive download card that grants access to extended aural explorations. We are releasing one 7″ at a time and Richard Devine will be our first offering.

Stay tuned for more information…

T_A NAMM 2012

Thank you Scott McGrath, our sponsors, the crew behind Wham Bam, and everyone that came to the BBQ. We’ve learned a lot from this experience and hopefully will be able to accommodate everyone we turned away next year. We hope to see both coasts for T_A events in 2012 but more information on that later…
